The DPS Administrative Team consists of the full-time employees working for Parking Services.  Under the leadership of the Director of Parking Services, the administrative team oversees three areas:  Operations, Customer Accounts, and Customer Service.

CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM

The DPS Customer Service Team works under the leadership of the Customer Service Coordinator, Jennifer Novalick.  The team provides staffing for the Parking Services customer service windows at the main office.  The team also responds to phone and email inquiries and assists in the processing of citation appeals.  Team members also assist in coordinating event parking and providing services to campus visitors and invited guests.
