CITATION APPEAL INFORMATION

CITATION APPEAL FORMS

   All appeals will be dealt with according to the rules and regulations stated in the 
   Parking and Traffic Regulations.  All appeals must be made within 7 days of
   citation issuance date.  Appeals made after 7 days will not be processed.  Appeal
   forms  are available online.  The fee for denied appeals is $5.00.  Appellants are  
   encouraged to read  TOP 13 REASONS FOR APPEAL DENIAL before completing the
   appeals process.  Most citations are  supported by photographic evidence
   gathered by the parking operations officers.
